Please join me for my FINAL New Public Sites – Walking Tour – DC tomorrow, Saturday, October 24th at 2pm.
RAIN OR SHINE the tour will go on! Tomorrow’s weather should be wet and in the mid 60s. Last week, seven brave participants wandered with me into a drizzly, urban sublime wearing their very own FREE, official New Public Sites PONCHO! There are six ponchos left, so come early to get yours! Tomorrow’s tour will last approximately 40 minutes and covered a short distance under one mile in length. Be sure to bring warm clothes, rain gear and appropriate footwear.
If you have not yet seen the Washington Project for the Arts OPTIONS biennial, Saturday will be a great opportunity to do so. All tours meet at the New Public Sites Kiosk in the Conner Contemporary courtyard at 1358-60 Florida Ave, NE – Washington DC 20002. Please arrive 15 minutes early, as tours will leave promptly as scheduled.
